Jiangsu ZENT New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2023 and is located in Rugao, Jiangsu, a "world-famous longevity and health paradise", "famous historical and cultural city", and "China's flower and bonsai capital". It covers an area of about 30,000 square meters.
At present, the design capacity of castings and forgings is 120,000 tons. It is a special high-alloy steel forgings production base integrating smelting, die casting, forging, and heat treatment. It mainly produces high-temperature corrosion-resistant alloy series, four categories of stainless steel series, high-alloy steel and other high-end special materials.
It has major smelting equipment including 2 sets of 15-ton MFF (medium frequency furnace), 2 sets of 40-ton, 1 set of 20-ton EAF (electric furnace), 1 set of 20-ton AOD (argon oxygen furnace), 1 set of 30-ton LF (out-of-furnace refining), 1 set of 30-ton VOD (vacuum decarburization) furnace, 2 sets of 3-ton (ESR) electric slag furnaces, 1 set of 5-ton, and 1 set of 10-ton.
It has 1 set of 12-ton open forging electro-hydraulic hammer, 1 set of 4-ton open forging electro-hydraulic hammer, 2 sets of 20-ton multifunctional operating machines, and 1 set of 8-ton mechanical operating machine; 3 sets of 50-ton microcomputer-controlled energy-saving regenerative chamber heating furnaces, and 3 sets of 20-ton microcomputer-controlled energy-saving regenerative chamber heating furnaces.
It has two resistance furnaces with a loading capacity of 120 tons (12m*4m*2m), one resistance furnace with a loading capacity of 100 tons (8m*3m*2m), one regenerative trolley furnace with a loading capacity of 60 tons (6m*2.5m*1.5m), and a high-temperature resistance furnace with a loading capacity of 60 tons (7m*3m*2m).
We have 1 SPECTRO direct reading spectrometer, 1 SCRIPT direct reading spectrometer, 1 hydrogen, oxygen and nitrogen analyzer, infrared carbon and sulfur analyzer and other testing equipment. We can conduct precise chemical composition analysis on smelting materials to ensure that the composition meets customer requirements.
